Dear DineAiders,
First let us express our sincere gratitude for being part of DineAid 2009 . This years campaign finished on Dec 31st 2009.
We hope you enjoyed being part of DineAid and helping the New Zealand restaurant industry collectively raise this years target of $100,000 for City Mission Food banks throughout New Zealand.
We anticipate announcing the collective total raised from DineAid 2009 at a handover ceremony to the recipient charities during February. We shall post the results on the website, hopefully with soem photos as well all going well.
A Note for Restaurant Owners and Managers
How to send in your DineAid 2009 customer donations:
- First run a sales report total on your POS/Till system for November and December – This will indicate how many DineAids were “Sold” during each month
- Bank Payment – to DineAid Charitable Trust via: ASB Bank, Greenwoods Corner, Epsom. Account number: 12-3025-0434933-00. (Please reference the name and address of your Restaurant or Cafe on the transfer so that we know from which establishment(s) the payment has been received)
- Cheque Payment – Make cheque payable to DineAid Charitable Trust & Post: 15 Bridge View Rd, Birkenhead, Auckland 0626. (Please reference the name and address of your Restaurant or Cafe on the reverse of the cheque so that we know from which establishment(s) the payment has been received)
- A certificate of appreciation & total raised will be sent to each participating restaurant and cafe
